Jack London Park

Jack London Park

2400 London Ranch Rd, Glen Ellen, CA 95442

Jack London is the man and the legend, famous both for his literary achievements and his dramatic achievements, exotic travel and adventures, which is the main attraction in the Park. California Historic Park is on the eastern slope of Sonoma Mountain, near Glen Ellen, California, USA. It includes ruins of a house that Jack Londons and his family had burned a few months before, a cottage where they had stayed, a house that they later built, and the graves of Jack London and his wife. The land is both a cultural memorial to California and a national monument to culture.

A wine cellar named Kohler & Frohling had been located in Jack London State Historic Park. In 1905, Jack London bought the property in the expectation of a ranch. The estate was lost. He called it the Ranch of Beauty. During London he expanded the cottage to 3000 m2 and turned the stone house next to it into a study where London wrote its pieces. When London was there he transformed it into a small cottage. London bought more land to expand its ranch between 1909 and 1911. In 1910, he started working on his mansion on the Wolf House on his ranch. In pre-World War I money, Jack and Charmian spent over $80,000 on the house.

It’s a fascinating place for a family visit. Children have plenty of fauna. Great place to have a nice time with your family. The park is huge and the park is very attractive with unusual trees. Superb. Superb. A lovely legacy and property of this kind. The story is incredible. Two people who lived with trust before their prime. Walking was so interesting and fun at the house. To find out more about this extraordinary man with an extraordinary life you need to visit this lovely place to like any book from Jack London. Were you aware that he was one of the first white men to learn how to surf? He always had so many love stories, he even has a full book on his women.
