Reservations are accepted at the Parks and Community Services Department, 370 East L Street.

No reservations can be taken by phone.

The parks that have reservable picnic areas are Jack London, City Park, Marina Green and Pavilion, and the Benicia Community Park (which our community fondly refers to as the Big Slide Park).

Residents will book the parks or outdoor facilities one year ahead. Non-residents will book these facilities four months before their event’s scheduled date.

Indoor Facility Reservations

We provide a wide variety of services that will suit your needs. The Clock Tower is our biggest indoor venue and is perfect for all kinds of weddings, dinners, gatherings, and meetings. Also, the Senior Center is a perfect choice if you are looking for a more private place to meet. The Benicia Community Center which has classrooms and a large multi-purpose space for special events and meetings is another great choice. Finally, if you’re looking for a decent place to host a birthday party or rent a room that’s decent for physical exercise, then the James Lemos Pool and the City Gym have fantastic facilities for that!
